Sidewalk Project Complete: Improved Accessibility at CHS Sporting Events
Approximately 950 feet of sidewalk has been laid at Cassville High School improving the accessibility to the soccer, softball and baseball fields as well as to the concession stand.
“We began working on this project in early September and are excited to have everything finished before our fall sports season comes to an end,” said Dusty Reid, Director of Facilities and Operations.
Patrons and fans will benefit from the additional sidewalk while attending baseball, soccer or softball games at Cassville High School. The new sidewalk connects all three fields, is easily accessed from the parking lot and provides an easy route to the concession stand from all three fields.
“We feel it is important that our facilities are safe and easy to navigate for everyone,” stated Reid. “The addition of the new sidewalk will be an improved safety measure and an added convenience for our students, staff, visiting team and spectators.”
