The Cassville Education Fund (CEF) has awarded over $3,000 to teachers in the Cassville R-IV School District. Mr. Andrew Hoskins, Cassville High School Geography and Government teacher, and the kindergarten program at Eunice Thomas Elementary were awarded grant money.

Hospkins was awarded $1,650 and will purchase government and geography curriculum that will be utilized by ninth, eleventh and twelfth grade students.

The kindergarten teachers were awarded $1,425 that will be used to purchase a handwriting program for their students.

CEF is a permanent endowment used to fund educational needs for the Cassville R-IV School District. Academic grants are awarded to teachers on an annual basis for educational programs. All grant making decisions are determined by local committee members and volunteers. The fund was established by the Cassville Community Foundation in 2009.
