The Cassville High School (CHS) business and agriculture departments were awarded the Career Technical Education Enhancement Grant through the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The Career Tech Enhancement Grant is a 75/25 matching grant that must be used to purchase improved technology for the classroom over $1,000.

With the funds, the departments purchased 25 computers, 10 ipads, a smart projector, color printer, copy machine, six laptops and additional electronic curriculum.

Mrs. Melanie Grossman, CHS business instructor, and Mr. Jimmy Hinson, CHS agriculture instructor, submitted the grant together and were able to secure the funds for their respective departments.
