Free ACT for all Juniors
02/04/2019
Dear Parent/Guardian,
The Cassville R-IV school district wants to provide college and career readiness support to all students as they plan their futures after high school. One way to determine student preparedness is through assessment. Cassville R-IV is providing the opportunity for current 11th grade students to take the ACT test at school on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. This assessment is voluntary.
- There is no cost to you or your family for this administration
- Testing will occur during the school day
- Your child can use the results for admission to many colleges and universities
- ACT will mail your child’s score report to your home three to eight weeks after testing
The ACT is a curriculum-based test that covers learning content for all students based on their academic strengths in English, mathematics, reading and science. Your child’s score report will help determine his or her academic readiness for college.
