The Cassville R-IV School District believes that a Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) plays a vital role in improving student achievement throughout the district.  The Cassville R-IV CSIP plan identifies our five goals focused on district and student performance improvement efforts.  Each year the district will conduct an analysis of the goals, objectives, and strategies, identified within this plan to evaluate district and student improvement efforts.  The CSIP plan is developed to provide a purposeful guide toward positive growth for the district focused on student success.

The District has evaluated available federal, state, and local data to ensure the CSIP plan is effective and reflective of current and future educational trends.  In all avenues available, the Cassville R-IV CSIP document aligns directly with state goals and 4th Cycle MSIP criteria.  As data and documentation are collected and reviewed, the district’s resources, programs, and services are measured to facilitate necessary improvement efforts and strategies.

A major objective of the Cassville R-IV School District Comprehensive School Improvement Plan is to help bring all key stakeholders together and to involve them in improvement planning.  Together the school and community stakeholders can focus on creating a visionary plan of improvement for the school district.
