The Cassville High School class of 1961 has made a $550 contribution to the Cassville Bright Futures program and challenges other CHS classes to do the same. 

Class of 1961 organizing committee include: Lea (Hutchens) Cox, Bill Lee, Lonnie Yarnall, Jim and Ann (Baker) Lassiter, Jan (Jackson) Truman, Larry McEdens, Lanny Hopkins and Leonard Preddy.

Bright Futures, established at Cassville Schools in 2011, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing community members together to focus on the success of children.
