- Open to three and four year old children living in the Cassville School District.
- Screening will be held on campus at Cassville R-IV in the FEMA 1/Event Center located next to the football field.
- Plan for a 30-45 minute appointment.
- Call 847-2445 to schedule your child’s screening.
- Screening results will be used to determine eligibility for the Cassville R-IV School District’s Preschool programs.
Kinder Academy and Kindergarten Screening information: April 9 & 11
- Screening is open to children that are five years old by July 31 living in the Cassville School District.
- Screening will be held on campus at Cassville R-IV in the FEMA 1/Event Center located next to the football field.
- Call 847-2445 to schedule your appointment. Appointments will be available from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Please bring the following: proof of residence (utility bill with name and address, real estate contract, rental agreement, etc), birth certificate, immunization record and parent/guardian photo ID)
