CCTA Recognizes Cassville R-IV Employees
Teacher of the Year, Middle/High School: Erica Gorman, middle school band
Due to the Cassville R-IV Wellness Break that began mid-March, the Cassville Community Teachers Association (CCTA) was unable to host their annual awards banquet that is typically held on campus in April.
Since CCTA was unable to host the banquet, club members took some time out of the 20-21 Back-to-School staff meetings to recognize Teachers of the Year for the 2019-2020 school year.
They are as follows:
Classified Employee of the Year: Tamara Lone, Instructional Aide at Eunice Thomas Elementary
Young Educator of the Year: Tara Hutchens, math teacher at Cassville Middle School
Teacher of the Year, Primary/Intermediate: Wilma Swofford, fourth grade teacher
Teacher of the Year, Middle/High School: Erica Gorman, middle school band
