Important Back to School Information for the 2024-25 School Year
If you're ready to think about heading back to school, you’ve come to the right place. Cassville families will find all the details regarding back to school here!
Calendar Information
The first day of school for students is Tuesday, August 20. The 2024-25 District Calendar can be found here. The district calendar provides an overview of the year such as when school is in session and when the district is closed for breaks, professional development, etc.
For everyday events and activities, the district utilizes a google calendar found here. This calendar is updated on a daily basis with school happenings.
New Student Enrollment
New students may enroll for the upcoming school year by contacting our district registrar via email at lsanders@cassville.k12.mo.us or via phone at 417.847.2221. Details regarding new student enrollment are found here.
District Communications Tools
We are excited to announce that Cassville R-IV has adopted a new school-to-home communication tool called ParentSquare. It provides a safe way for district staff and parents to send and receive information. Details regarding ParentSquare, including how to activate your account, can be found here.
Our student information system (Lumen) syncs contact information directly with ParentSquare. It is vital that parents and guardians provide up-to-date contact information to their student’s building level office.
Download the free district app by searching “Cassville R-IV Schools” in the App Store or Google Play.
Follow the district on Facebook and Instagram by searching “Cassville Public Schools” on both social media platforms.
Food Service Information
Menus, meal pricing and free/reduced meal applications can be found on our website by clicking here. Completion of the free/reduced meal application by all families is appreciated. Completing the application helps our district in other areas beyond free/reduced meal prices. With completed applications, our district receives increased state and federal funding, funding for teachers, technology and grant opportunities, scholarships for students, tuition assistance and reduced fees for activities.
School Based Mercy Clinic
In partnership with Mercy, the Cassville School Based Mercy Clinic will be open, 7-10:30 a.m. on days that students attend school, beginning Tuesday, August 20.
The clinic is located south of the JC Duncan Gymnasium in the back of the gravel parking lot.
