The campus at Cassville High School (CHS) will soon be home to over 60 new trees! The CHS Agriculture Department was recently awarded a Project CommuniTree grant from the nonprofit organization, Forest ReLeaf of Missouri.
Project CommuniTree grants provide free trees to community groups for planting projects.
Pictured, Mr. Jordan Ellis, CHS Agriculture teacher, works with students to plant one of the new trees. Students enrolled in Mr. Ellis' National Resources class will be planting the trees on campus.
