Lyall's Kindergarten Cats Collect Over 200 Canned Food Items
Launch the media gallery 1 playerFebruary 10 was the 100th day of school for students at Cassville R-IV. Along with fun district wide celebrations, students in Mrs. Lyall's kindergarten class partnered with Barry Electric Cooperative and held a classroom canned food drive. The goal was to collect 100 cans of food, however these students and the employees at Barry Electric worked together to surpass their goal and collected 216 canned food items. All items were donated to the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Eagle Rock.
