Arvest Foundation Contributes to Wildcat Math Curriculum
The Arvest Foundation has made a $1,500 contribution to the Cassville R-IV School District Special Education Department. The funds will be used to purchase both the Rocket Math and Touch Points curriculum.
"The department is so appreciative of the donation to provide supplemental math curriculum," said Mrs. Amy Stephenson, Cassville R-IV Special Education Director. "Their contribution will make an impact on students from kindergarten through 12th grade."
The primary purpose of the Arvest Foundation is to support local organizations doing outstanding work to improve the quality of life in the communities they serve.
Through a grant program, Arvest Foundation helps worthwhile charitable activities in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
The remaining $6,000 of the gift from the Foundation is being used to purchase vision equipment for the district.
