CHS FFA Attends National Convention, Mitchell Earns American Degree
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Cassville FFA Chapter attended the 94th Annual National FFA Convention & Expo the week of October 27-30 in Indianapolis.
The National FFA Convention & Expo is the largest youth convention with nearly 55,000 FFA students from across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Students learned about careers in the agricultural industry, competed for awards and discussed the future of the National FFA Organization.
At the National Convention, CHS graduate, Lindee Mitchell, class of 2020, received her American FFA Degree. The American FFA degree is the highest degree an FFA member can receive.
CHS FFA member, Grace Yocum, said “I enjoyed being able to come together as a chapter and get to bond on a new level. We had an absolute blast together and made so many memories. I am so lucky to have fun advisors who made the trip an unforgettable experience.”
